Efficient planning
Once you have decided to hold an event at the Olympic Stadium, the Sports Centre or the Montréal Tower, the Marketing, Sales and Tourism division assigns your file to a project manager who will assist you in the planning process. This person will be the liaison between you and the various Olympic Park resource people in charge of production, logistics, installation, dismantling, and security.

A warm welcome
Regardless of the size of your event, the Olympic Park provides you with as much personnel as you need to properly host your participants, audience or guests. For major events, the management team in charge of logistics works very closely with the various authorities, including the police and public transit organization. The Olympic Park has recognized expertise in logistics and crowd management.
Customized ticketing service
member of the Admission Network, the Olympic Park offers its clients customized ticketing services. Ticket booth agents are available, and their number will be established based on anticipated attendance at your event.
Accessible cloakrooms
The cloakroom located in the Stadium’s Rotunda can accommodate the needs of 4,000 visitors at a time.
Massive parking capacity
Some 4,000 parking spaces, including 100 indoor spaces reserved for charter buses (only at the Viau parking lot) and 270 outdoor spaces. The parking lots are accessible from Viau, Pie-IX, Sherbrooke and Pierre-De Coubertin.
Two metro stations
There are two metro stations (Pie-IX and Viau) right on the Olympic Park site that can serve 45,000 people per hour. Visitors can enter the Stadium directly from the Pie-IX metro station, which is handy in bad weather.
