Open Swim
The Internation PPO competition will be held from May 18 to 20. To enable the realization of this event, its preparation and training before competition, open swim schedules are changed.
Please note the following changes:

* For swimming only: adults use pool lanes for swimming only. Pool lanes are 2 metres deep.
** For recreational activity: pool lanes for adult swimmers, and a recreational area in shallow section of pool.
*** 50-metre lanes: 50-metre configuration can be changed to 25-metre without notice.
The Sports Centre pools may be closed for events or competitions, statutory holidays, vacation periods, maintenance, or various rentals. Please check by calling us or visiting the Info Zone section. Before visiting, check the schedule on the main page of the Sports Center, “Changes to the schedule” section, or call us to the 514 252-4622.

Useful information
- Access to certain sections of the pools may be restricted due to organized activities or use by special groups.
- For adult open swim, only one section of lanes can be opened.
- One section of lanes is completely reserved for adult swimmers who want to swim laps.
- A minimum of 4 lanes are always available during adult open swim.
- Bring a lock for your locker.
- Swimming trunks and swimsuits are mandatory. Cotton shorts, jeans, bermudas under the knee and boxer-type underpants are forbidden.
- Parents must supervise their children.
- Inflatable objects are prohibited.
- Only flotation devices approved by Transport Canada are permitted. Dorsal balls, water wings (swim aids) and flotation swimsuits are not approved flotation devices.
